DESCRIPTION
Sometimes it is necessary to perform endodontic treatment on teeth with crowns. For such situations, Jota has developed a unique
Endo Access Kit 1330, which contains the minimum set of instruments for creating an endo access cavity through various restorations
and the initial burs for the localization and expansion of the root canal orifices. Regardless of the tooth, there are three steps
in the preparation of the access cavity:
1. The first step is penetration through different materials. It can be natural tooth, ceramic or zirconia restorations,
composite crown or composite filling, amalgam filling, or metal crown. All these materials have different hardness; therefore,
for long-term use of burs and patient comfort, it is necessary to use instruments designed for each specific material.
2. The second step is expanding and finishing the access cavity. For this purpose, safe end burs are required. After the second step,
the transition between the access cavity and the pulp chamber walls should no longer be perceptible during probing.
3. Radicular access
The third step is radicular access. For this step, we recommend Müller pulp drill and Largo. It is crucial to use a low speed of
1.200 rpm and not apply pressure to the instruments to prevent bending or breaking
